  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and ketchup, then spread over the meatloaf.
