  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and gochujang, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sliced cucumber with rice vinegar and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Serve the spicy beef warm with the cucumber salad on the side.
