A quick and easy homemade version of Hamburger Helper, made with ground beef, pasta, and a creamy cheese sauce.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and reduce heat to a simmer; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot.
